Netonx Europe is the exclusive European distributor for Netonx liquid-cooling fluid connectors – UQD, UQDB, blind-mate and MQD couplings, manufactured by an NVIDIA-qualified partner. Leak-free, UQD-compliant and a dependable second source to Stäubli – with European stock, samples and engineering support.
Netonx Europe is the exclusive European distributor for Netonx UQD liquid-cooling fluid connectors — UQD, UQDB, blind-mate and MQD quick disconnects for AI and HPC data centers. Made by an NVIDIA-qualified manufacturing partner, they are UQD/OCP-compliant, leak-free (non-spill / dry-break) and rated for >5,000 mating cycles. An NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 rack uses roughly ~126 UQD coupling pairs; GB300 rises to ~250 pairs. Netonx Europe positions itself as a qualified second source to Stäubli, Parker and CPC, with European stock, samples and engineering support.
What is a UQD (Universal Quick Disconnect)? A UQD is a standardized, leak-free quick-disconnect fluid coupling used in data-center liquid cooling to connect hoses to cold plates, manifolds and racks. Defined under the Open Compute Project (OCP), it connects and separates coolant lines quickly and drip-free (non-spill / dry-break), even under system pressure.
Engineered for GPU trays, CDU lines and serviceable rack loops. Selection by application, medium, flow, pressure and connection.
Leak-free, drip-free disconnection for fluid and coolant circuits. UQD-standard couplings for GPU trays and manifolds.
Tolerance-compensating blind-mate connectors for hot-swap rack and tray service without manual alignment.
Multiple circuits connected in one move – efficient, safe and customizable for CDU and distribution lines.
How many UQD quick disconnects an NVL72 rack needs – ~126 pairs (GB200) rising to ~250 pairs (GB300).
Vendor lock-in, supply-chain resilience and why a qualified second source is essential.
Independently tested full-flow ball-valve connector: 18 / 18 tests passed (report no. CLzn2024-01468).
Netonx Europe is the exclusive European distributor for Netonx liquid-cooling fluid connectors (UQD, UQDB, blind-mate, MQD), operated by Green MeOH GmbH in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. It supplies UQD-standard quick disconnects for AI and HPC data centers as a second source to Stäubli, Parker and CPC, with European stock, samples and engineering support.
A GB200 NVL72 rack uses on the order of ~126 UQD coupling pairs (18 compute trays + 9 switch trays). The GB300 generation rises to roughly ~250 pairs per rack as each chip receives an individual cold plate (industry estimates). See the full per-rack analysis →
Yes. UQD and UQDB follow the OCP UQD standard and are cross-vendor mate-compatible; blind-mate and MQD series are functional equivalents. They are leak-free (non-spill / dry-break), rated for >5,000 mating cycles and assembled in a cleanroom.
